We are a team of Collaboratively-trained, interdisciplinary, licensed professionals which includes lawyers, mental health divorce coaches/child specialists, and financial specialists, each with more than 20 years of experience in our respective field of expertise. Each professional is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP). IACP accreditation requires extensive training as well as adherence to a strict code of ethics. Attorney Linda Shin has been practicing and continually learning more about the Collaborative Divorce for a number of years. With over 25 years of experience Lawrence Ross, Ph.D. is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who has worked extensively with children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. His interest in Collaborative Practice stems from his wish to minimize the trauma of divorce for couples and their children and to help separating and divorcing couples reach agreements which serve the unique needs and best interests of all family members (especially those of the children). Dr. Ross helps divorcing families transition from conflict to peace. His goal as a Divorce Coach and Child Specialist is to provide families with the emotional tools and communication techniques necessary to transform form one dysfunctional home into two healthy and comfortable co-parenting homes.
With over 34 years of experience, Gary Zaugg is a Financial Planning Practitioner with an extraordinary level of insight and understanding into the process. He is a Vietnam Veteran that has a hard work ethic that is evidenced in every case that he takes on. He is highly knowledgeable and is continually expanding his education through a number of avenues.
For over 35 years, Attorney Howard Miller has been practicing law and representing residents throughout Hampton Roads and surrounding areas. He is open and honest with his clients from the start and looks to educate them on the process so they can understand what to expect.
