L
INDA IS DEDICATED TO HELPING HER CLIENTS FIND LONG-TERM SOLUTIONS.
Linda Shin believes that every legal problem should be addressed with a creative approach that results in a sustainable legal solution. It is no surprise that Linda is fully invested in the Collaborative Process. Linda has committed a large part of her law firm’s resources to Collaborative Practice and is constantly exploring ways to apply the Collaborative Process to family matters as well as other areas of the law.

What sets Linda apart from others in her field is that she looks at her clients as whole people rather than just the isolated legal issue they are encountering. Because of that, she is dedicated to helping her clients find long-term solutions that meet their unique legal needs by looking beyond the surface to find solutions to underlying issues that have contributed to the current circumstances. She has seen time and time again that conflict, while difficult, presents opportunity for growth. This philosophy is at the core of Linda’s law firm, Cedar Law Center. Cedar Law Center provides legal services to clients in the South Hampton Roads area including Virginia Beach, Chesapeake, and Norfolk and surrounding communities.

In addition to her participation in Collaborative Divorce Center of Coastal Virginia, Linda is a member of Collaborative Divorce Solutions of Tidewater. She has been a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals since 2006 and is also a member of Virginia Collaborative Professionals, the statewide organization that promotes and supports Collaborative Practice in Virginia.
